Multi-Currency Payment

The process of payments in currencies other than Turkish lira is no different from a regular payment. With the currency parameter in the payment request, you can specify the currency in which the payment is to be collected. You can find all supported currencies here, and the payment service here.

Please pay attention​

In order to be able to receive payments in currencies other than Turkish lira, you should pay attention to the following issues.

  • There must be a POS definition associated with the currency in which the payment is to be received. You can add POS for other currencies from the merchant panel.
  • In accordance with the Turkish Lira protection law, payments cannot be received with domestic cards and in currencies other than Türk Lirası from Turkish POS.
  • Payments to be made with foreign cards cannot be made in installments. The installment parameter must be set as 1 in the payment request.
  • The multi-currency payment feature cannot be used in merchants of the marketplace type.
